Submission of this form does not automatically qualify an applicant for the ballot. All applications are subject to screening and vetting in accordance with the GUF Constitution and approved election guidelines.

Applicants must ensure that:

• All membership dues up to 2025 are fully paid

• All required fields are completed accurately

• The application is submitted on or before the stated deadline

Only applicants who successfully pass the vetting process will be cleared to contest in the elections.
